Shipping & Delivery

Can I have my purchases sent to different addresses?
Yes, you can choose different addresses each item if you so please. You can do this easily by choosing one of the addresses you've entered when you signed up.
NOTE: If you wish to order severalproducts of the same item, you cannot have them shipped to more than one address. If you wish to ship the items at several addresses, you must place the orders one at a time.
Expected delivery dates vary depending on the actual destination and the delivery method you've chosen (regular or express, please see chart below). You can also anticipate a one to three dayswait per item before we expedite. Please note, you will receive a confirmation e-mail once Green Beaver has your order ready. This e-mail will include the item's tracking number so you can follow your product at any time.

In order to benefit from our free shipping, your order must fulfill the following conditions:

  • The delivery address must be within Canada or U.S.
  • The total amount of the order must be

  • The free shipping offer only applies to Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service.
  • Shipping fees apply to the XpressPost service; and Fed-Ex
  •  Can I have my package shipped outside of Canada?
         Yes you can, but for all products that are delivered outside of Canada.
  •      you are responsible for all custom fees as well as export fees.

 

Returns & Replacements

What is the time limit for returning an item?
You have up to ten (10) days from its reception to return a product to Green Beaver ; for either a refund or an exchange. When you return an item, you must include the invoice and a note that details the reason behind the return.

You must cover the shipping fees and the inherent risks for a returned item.
How will I be reimbursed? Upon receiving the returned items, all amounts withdrawn from your credit card for greenbeavershoponline.com, except for the shipping fees, will be credited as quickly as possible, under the condition that the products associated with the return and shipped back by you and received by Green Beaver in the same condition as when they were shipped and received by you.

Do I need to create a personal account to make a purchase?

How do I create an account? Important: Please be sure the information you provide is correct and that there are no grammatical errors in your address. This allows us to provide you with the timeliest service possible. To create an account, simply click on the Login button on the tool bar of the page.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices The prices of our products are displayed in Canadian currency and the applicable taxes are added to the amount. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Canadian currency. The Green Beaver Company Ltd. retains the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are always billed on the basis of the amounts in effect at the time when the order is recorded.
Taxes The Green Beaver Compagnie Ltd. calculates the taxes based upon the address where the order will be shipped. An order to be sent to the U.S.A. is thus, not taxed. For an order shipped in Canada, the taxes depend upon the province; for example, for Ontario, the added taxes are HST (13 % ) .
Promotions Promotional codes cannot be used together with another promotional code or one of our special offers. Only one promotional code per transaction.
Unless otherwise stipulated, no promotional code can be redeemed in any  The Green Beaver Company Ltd.  stores operated by The Green Beaver Company Ltd. or one of its affiliations or subsidiaries.
For those purchases where a promotional code is redeemed, we strongly recommend that you purchase products from our bestseller lists, the site's main pages, or our new releases.
With respect to those promotional codes that are money based and in the eventuality that the dollar value of the purchased items is less than the value of the rebate, no amount will be credited to your account, nor will a supplemental promotional code be issued. Therefore, we recommend that you always purchase one or a combination of several items with a total price that is equal or greater than your promotional code.
Payment The payment of your purchased items must be completed through a banking card: MasterCard or Visa. The proposed fees must be covered in accordance with the payment procedure detailed during the  registration process. The customer accepts to cover the total cost as well as additional fees of the purchased item, including taxes. The Green Beaver Compagnie Ltd. can modify the price after having advised the customer. The customer is the sole responsible of the actual payment of the purchased item. The Green Beaver Compagnie Ltd. is not responsible of payment problems related to operation of e-commerce service.
Risk of a lost item All purchases completed on greenbeavershoponline.com are done so in accordance with the shipping contract. This means that the risk of losing an item and property rights associated with the item are transferred to you at the moment when we remit the item to the carrier.

 

Viewing Orders
How can I know the status of my order? On the My Account page, under My Orders, different links allow you to see your completed orders and those that are in progress as well as information pertaining to returns.

 

Updating Account Information
What fields are required? In order to deliver all items, we require that you provide a delivery address. This is the most important piece of information for us. You can also register your credit card information safelyand securely in your profile.
Why do I need to create a profile? We ask that you create an account so we can better serve your needs. We want to learn more about you and your tastes and we also need to be able to contact you easily in case of an unlikely problem. This allows us also to send you special offers on your birthday, for example. And you can always change your preferences to suit your likes and dislikes.
Why should I provide more than one address? You can enter different mailing addresses on your profile (and choose one default) so you can have the items purchased mailed to separate addresses, if you so choose. One can also serve as your billing address.
Can I browse my purchase history? In the My account page, simply click My purchases and you can view items purchased, items being delivered and items returned.
